Verified Trustee Sale Delay Program: We will postpone the trustee sale of your home (delay the foreclosure). We do this by challenging the legality of the sale / auction. This package will require the trustee to postpone the sale and review the documents for legitimacy of the claims. We can accept files where there is less than 24 hours before the scheduled sale date and time. The client does not pay for the service until after postponement is confirmed. It allows the home owner to control the situation
Foreclosure Reversal: We can reverse (invalidate) the foreclosure sale, as long as the property has not been sold to a private party, and as long as the deed has not yet been recorded back to the bank. This will force the Bank to start the foreclosure process all over again, which in turn will provide the home owner with the opportunity to develop a long term foreclosure protection strategy.
